Ordering:
All items offered are handmade - made to order and they will vary slightly.
We ask that, if at all possible, please order at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time for creation.

Cancellation and Return Policy:

We are not liable for shipment problems do to wrong or incomplete shipping addresses.
If the shipment comes back to us as "returned to sender" you must pay to have it re-shipped.

If you need an order expedited please be prepared to pay the expidited handling and shipping costs it takes to do so.
Depending on where it is being shipped or how quickly, the shipping cost could be high.

Please note that all items are handmade, each are unique and may vary slightly from photo shown.
If you are not happy with your purchase, call or email regarding the return within 3 days of package delivery.
The item must be returned within 5 days of that delivery date.

No shipping fees will be refunded.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged.
ALL items MUST be returned with original wrapping and in the original box. We use care in sending the items and require that they be packaged for the return in the same manner. Return the order in salable condition, upon inspection and restocking, we will issue a refund of 85% of the total product cost plus applicable tax charged (NO shipping costs will be refunded ).

If your items arrives broken, return within 5 business days and a replacement item will be sent.

Shopping cart provided can be used to order via e-mail, submitting credit card information via our secure server, or when sending check or money order as well. Feel free to add to the cart even if you are purchasing with a check or money order, it will calculate your order and send it to us.
